Nothing like a John Woo, two-fisted shooting, flying-through-the air-horizontally-in slow-motion-movie on a Saturday night! I have seen this movie before, and was inspired to see it again after seeing Mission Impossible: 2. I think this movie is where John Woo got the ideas of using lots of removable faces in MI:2.

Nicolas Cage plays a nasty criminal that John Travolta has been chasing for years for killing his son. By the magic of surgical science, they trade faces when Cage's character was supposed to have been killed. Travolta then becomes the bad guy and works his way into the inside of Cage's group... and you can probably figure out what happens after that.

The movie has one of the most amazing and exciting boat chases I have seen. Just like a James Bond movie, but without all the spy gadgets. There is a great climax at the end with the boat crash, but you'll have to see the movie yourself to enjoy that part (avoiding spoilers for those who don't want to know).  Simple plot, fantastic special effects, good explosions and some fight scenes that go on a little too long.
