Cats & Dogs Little do we know, but our pets are really having a battle over what species will rule the planet (or at least the humans' homes). Professor Brody (Jeff Goldblum) is a basement scientist who is developing a vaccine that will rid the population of dog allergies. He is testing it out on himself using his family's new puppy, Lou (short for Loser) as the dander source.

Mr. Tinkles (voiced by Will & Grace's Sean Hayes) is the leader of the cat army who is out to put a stop to the development of the vaccine and modify it so everyone will be severely allergic to dogs instead. Then the cats would have full control over the humans.

Little puppy Lou (voiced by Tobey Maguire) basically gets drafted by the dog force and becomes an agent (or cat bait) for the dog side. As a very predictable movie goes, there is fighting between the two species. Cats dropping from airplanes, cats tearing up the living room, dogs vomiting, cats vomiting.... etc.

If you are not creeped-out by real-looking animals with talking lips, you might like this movie. It was kind of a mix between Spy Kids and Stuart Little. But then again, both of those didn't do much for me.
