I have to say, I thought that Knight and Day was a Big Dumb Movie. And not even in a good way. The script was lazy (huge transitions are often accomplished simply by drugging Cameron Diaz for 18 hours to get the characters from country to country... really!), and was not even witty enough to be entertaining. For someone who is apparently ex-CIA (FBI? Homeland Security? Whatever...) Tom Cruise sure has no problem mowing down a few dozen of his nameless ex-workmates without seemingly being sinister about it (huh?). Diaz tries her darndest to be the cute and funny gal that she is, but seems mismatched with Cruise. They don't have a heck of a lot of chemistry, despite the fact that they both have very white teeth. For all of its action, Knight and Day is a big ol' bore.
